Who would have known what was about to unfold when these childhood friends met in Dallas to celebrate the 60th birthday of DeLinda. In anticipation of this big birthday, JaNa decided that DeLinda needed to record a solo album as a legacy project. DeLinda's only sister had just passed due to cancer, and this project would be a lasting gift to her children and grandchildren. JaNa and DeLinda then roped Cindy in on the idea since she's the one with contacts at recording studios in Nashville.
That gathering in Dallas would be their first opportunity to get together and go over songs.
What happened was nothing short of a move of God. Having been friends their whole lives, they had never once sang together as a trio. JaNa sat down at the piano and began playing an old familiar song that Cindy's family had written fifty years ago, and the harmony started to flow. Everyone in the house began to laugh, cry, raise their hands to praise the Lord, and sing along
Something unexpected happened that night. These three old friends with fulfilled lives and rich history of music ministry felt the Holy Spirit tap them on the shoulder and ask them to step out one more time.
No ego, no unfulfilled dreams or selfish agenda.
The collective YES came from a deep desire to follow Jesus and be obedient in a new way. Fast forward a few months and they have been able to get into the studio and record six songs.
DeLinda's "solo" recording has led to an even bigger vision.
Now, with the partnership of the Holt Agency, they are launching FULL CIRCLE WORSHIP and WELL WATER RECORDS. Through these avenues, they are excited to be reintroducing classic Christian songs from 1960s, 70s, and 80s.
